Adolf Hitler, from Germany, helped to form a Fascist group named the Nazi Party. In 1923, he attempted to overthrow the Weimar Republic. He was sentenced to prison, in which he wrote the book "Mein Kampf" (My Struggle).
By 1932, Hitler strengthened the Nazi Party so much that it became the world's largest political party. He became Chancellor, and then "Fuhrer," or "leader." Throughout his rule, he expressed his hate for Jews and blamed them for Germany's problems. When he invade Poland, WWII started.
